Indie-Rock group Hum Fuzz just released their new single titled Minnesota, making it the third release off of their upcoming EP. Hum Fuzz’s new release, Minnesota, offers a different perspective of the band that we haven’t seen yet with its love-letter theme felt throughout.

After listening to Minnesota a few times through, I could not help but assume that this track was written in response to one of the band members possibly missing that special somebody. So I reached out to Hum Fuzz to offer more insight behind the track with Lead Singer Leo weighing in:

it’s about meeting and bonding with someone who you have inevitably gotta leave. It’s about the hopeless optimism of long distance.

Make sure to give Minnesota a listen below, and don’t forget to connect with me on Instagram and Twitter to tell me your thoughts on this new release.
